| Beyond Good and Evil | Hands down, the best video game I've ever played, bar none. It's the only game that nearly made me cry. This
game has everything; racing, role playing, first person shooter,
puzzles, including one of the best stories executed in a game. |
Snood
| This is my
I-don't-have-time-to-do-anything-else-but-I-can't-stand-to-just-sit-and-wait
game... You know, waiting for you car to get serviced, sitting in the
bathroom... did I really say that?
|
Kingdom Hearts
| A satisfying game, Kingdom Hearts is a wonderful merge of Disney and
Final Fantasy characters. The real-time battles are just enough of a
challenge so they don't get an old gal like me frustrated.
|
Final Fantasy III
| What can I say about Final Fantasy that hasn't already been said? There
are inumerable iterations, it seems, but this latest DS version is the
one I played last. I haven't had time to play it, lately.
|
Metal Gear Acid
| I haven't played my PSP in ages, it seems. There just weren't enough
satisfying games... with the exception of this one. I played it five
times! I didn't think a card-based game could make the grade, but this
one was very well done.
|
Zelda Twilight Princess
| It seems I waited forever for the Wii and Twilight
Princess to come out. It took a while to get used to the controls when
I did finally get it. Alas, it sits collecting dust, now. This Master's degree is my piority for the next two years! |
Metal Gear Solid 4
 | Although Snake (the main character) is holding one of dozens of fire
arms accessible in the game, it is possible to play through the entire
game without killing a single npc. I'm not that good, though. This
is a fantastically well executed game. There is seamless integration
between cut scenes and game play. The graphics are incredibly detailed.
And it's just plain fun!
